Premium Point Investments LP ("PPI") is an SEC registered investment advisor specializing in opportunities in the U.S. residential mortgage market. The firm was founded in June 2008 to pursue a unique strategy in the U.S. residential mortgage sector based on fundamental, research intensive investment process. PPI engages in granular, property-level research (including attendance of foreclosure auctions throughout the United States) and employs an in-house surveillance team to monitor loan performance.

Premium Point's team is highly experienced with deep expertise in sourcing transactions, proprietary fundamental property analysis and established industry relationships to seek to generate a targeted, uncorrelated return stream.

PPI is led by Anilesh "Neil" Ahuja and five principals who have combined residential debt experience of over 90 years. They are joined by a team of 19 professionals who possess significant multi-sector residential real estate expertise and most of whom have worked together for over 10 years.
